RESERVATION
Your reservation will only be valid once we have received your deposit/advance payment.
In case of late arrival or early departure 100% of your overall booking price will be charched.
DAY OF ARRIVAL
We ask you, if it is possible, to arrange your arrival and departure day in the winter season on a Saturday or Sunday.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: from 3 pm
Should you be arriving later than 7 pm, please let us know.
- Check-out: until 9 am
PAYMENT
We only accept Cash!
PETS
Pets are not allowed in our House.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees apply according to the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply (ÖHVB):
- up to 3 months before your arrival date: no cancellation fee
- within 3 months before your arrival date: the fee is 40% of the overall booking price
- within 1 month until 7 days before your arrival date: the fee is 70% of the overall booking price
- in case of later cancellation or no-show: the fee is 90% of the overall booking price
- Cancellations must be made in written form!
